Health Diary began in a Sydney cardiology practice, where every week patients arrived with home blood pressure readings on envelopes, phone photos and memory. The readings mattered — treatment decisions depend on them — but the record keeping was failing the very people doing everything right.
So we built the simplest thing that works: a private diary that lives in your browser, takes ten seconds per reading, and produces the report your doctor actually wants to see. No app store, no passwords, no surveillance — your record, in your hands, shared when you choose.
Health Diary is provided by CloudCardiology Pty Ltd and was developed under the direction of Dr Reza Moazzeni, consultant cardiologist at Heartcare Sydney. It is hosted in Sydney, Australia, and is currently free to use.
