What the diary does today
- Record systolic and diastolic pressure, heart rate, and a comment — two numbers and Save, with large readable text designed for phones.
- See your trend chart with your home target line, plus 7-day and 30-day averages.
- Enter the target your own doctor gave you (the standard 135/85 home guide is used until you do).
- Readings are labelled with standard reference ranges (Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2) for context — the diary never interprets your numbers or gives medical advice.
- Download a PDF report or a spreadsheet whenever you choose.
The report your doctor actually wants
Instead of scraps of paper or scrolling through a phone at your appointment, the PDF report shows your averages, your highest and lowest readings with dates, morning versus evening averages, how many readings fell in each reference range, your trend chart, and the full record — all on a couple of tidy pages. You print it or email it to the practice yourself.
Measure it right
Good decisions need good readings — see our clinician-reviewed guide on how to measure blood pressure correctly at home.
Prefer paper?
There's also a free printable blood pressure diary sheet — two weeks of readings on one A4 page, no sign-up needed. Many people start on paper and move to the online diary later.
Common questions
What do I need to sign up?
Just a working email address. We don't ask for your name, date of birth or phone number.
Can my doctor log in and see my readings?
No — there is no doctor login or clinic dashboard. Only you can see your diary. Your readings reach your doctor when you give them a report.
How often should I record my blood pressure?
That's a question for your own doctor, since it depends on your situation. The diary works equally well for twice-daily readings or an occasional check.
Do I need a special blood pressure monitor?
Any home monitor works — you simply type in the numbers it shows. Most doctors suggest a validated upper-arm cuff monitor; ask your GP or pharmacist.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — it runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
