- Sign in at healthdiary.au and open the diary you want — blood pressure or blood sugar.
- Find the “Share with your doctor” card. Consider adding your name in “Name shown on your reports” so the practice knows whose report it is.
- On a phone, the quickest way is “✉ Share report by email” — your phone's share menu opens with the report already attached; choose your email app and send it from your own address.
- Or tap “⬇ Download PDF report” — the report saves to your phone or computer (usually in Downloads) — then print it for your appointment or email it to the practice as an attachment.
Practices read emails during business
hours only — never rely on sending a report to raise something urgent. If you
feel unwell or a reading worries you, phone your doctor's rooms, or call 000 in
an emergency.
Prefer a spreadsheet? The “⬇ Download spreadsheet (CSV)” button on the same card exports every reading in a format that opens in Excel.
